Delia Vega, Executive Director for Local and State Organizing

After release from incarceration, Delia became a volunteer leader at EPOCA for 20 months, and was hired in August 2008 as a professional Community Organizer. She is gifted at both recruiting and one-to-one relationship building, and is inspired by working to change the balance of power in the community.

Steve O'Neill, Executive Director for Inter-state Organizing

Steve is a community organizer trained by the Industrial Areas Foundation in 1998 and by Salvadoran educators in 2004. He has worked for the Greater Boston Interfaith Organization, Long Island Congregations, Associations and Neighborhoods, and the Massachusetts Senior Action Council. He is also a founding member of EPOCA.

Corinne Rhodes, Director of Development and Communications

Corinne joined EPOCA’s staff in December 2010. She is a professional, grassroots not-for-profit fund raiser and graphic designer. Corinne has many years experience in the development and outreach programs of community arts centers, potable water projects, transitional housing programs for homeless and formerly incarcerated women and homeless health services. She is primarily concerned with issues of social justice.
